- Site/ venue inspection where the proposed function is to be held
- Space available

II. Coordination:
- Caterers ( kitchen, serving area) space required and number of counters buffet/tables for seating
- Lighting (special effects, generator, fans, lighting etc.)
- Florist (stage decoration to match theme, entrance positioning, etc.)
- Security arrangements
III. Execution:
- Time required for working depends upon:
- The quantum of work and the Quality & Theme
- Depending on the distance of venue, time required to supply the material is estimated.
- Time required to work on the spot is estimated depending on the time of function, the time required for arrangements is determined and the number of workers required to execute the work is estimated.
